@BenCodeGeek @techdiction I鈥檝e also used Awx and Rundeck for this purpose. Both are only a small step away from a Jenkins pipeline.
I鈥檝e done some research on this recently and while the SaaS-orchestration market has many options, it appears the systems orchestration market has few options.

I have #awswishlist as a saved search because I like to see what folks need and what are the dark corners of the platform. I鈥檓 surprised that #azurewishlist is not something that has appeared yet for the same reason.
