This week was some breathing space (if you could call it that) from all the projects and back to the day job and some time looking forward not back.

π₯οΈ - This week I got involved in another large migration opportunity, Project-T, that has in the pre-sales phase for more than six-months. Typical large Azure migration, and I’ve been dipping in and out. This week I got involve in the one quirk of this project - designing their operating model and training plan so that they can take the operation back in-house after 12-months. Interesting because we don’t usually deliver training and track certification for customers. Thinking if this is something that might come up again in the future…

π§βπ€βπ§ - With a moment of pause I had another session to review my people strategy - that includes org structure, training strategy, utilisation and team growth. Lots of ideas and things to write down.

- My dopamine hit this week came from working with Co-pilot Managed Runtime and building an application to let me manage our portfolio and it’s assets. I will blog about this soon but it’s been very useful to just quickly build an app that solves some immediate problems for me. Reminded me of being a developer and why I got into all of this in the first place.
