@ryantomlinson thanks. I’ve got 6 now and a culture of a lot less 1:1s. I’m trying to fix that. Will have to bend your ear again soon.

@ryantomlinson absolutely. According to my recent management training they do it here once a month - something I feel is not enough.

@ryantomlinson I think it’s in my control. I just want to make sure i’m all tied in with the HR process as well.
